Orange County Files State and Federal TAX LIENS Against Peter Wade Hampton. Did We Forget to Pay Our TAXES Mr. Hampton?

In 1996 or there abouts Peter Hampton moved from California to Indianapolis. We wonder if the TAX LIENS filed by the State of California in Orange County Court influenced the sudden move to Indianapolis and the sudden registration of the Web Police and InterGOV Domains? The State Tax and Federal Tax Liens were both filed for California State Franchise Tax on 09-06-1995 and 10-02-1995 respectively. Document Numbers 95-387769, 95-430940 which was for $8,200. In 1991 we found other records and again in 1989 as follows by document number, 91-033676, 91-033677, 91-005704, 89-485609 going right back into the 1980's

You can look any of these records up either by document number or by name and year on the County of Orange Clerk Recorder page. Enter either the document number or the name Peter Hampton and a date range of 01 01 1995 to 12 31 1995 etc. The entries for Peter W Hampton or Peter Wade Hampton are the ones we refer to and should not be confused with other similar entries.

This again makes us question the credentials of this Organization. Would you donate any of you hard earned money to this Organization? We know that we most certainly would not donate a penny to any Organization with so many of the traditional ingredients of a SCAM! It is our opinion that Peter Hampton bears all the qualifications of a Snakeoil Salesman, especially with the abundance of BOGUS pseudo official looking domains and unverifiable claims on each of his sites.

It appears that one Stacia Musleh shares the exact same telephone number as the International Web Police and InterGOV and has a completely different street address. Map Another one of Peter Hamptons former addresses perhaps or something else?

It has been suggested to us by someone that knows Peter Hampton that he filed bankruptcy between Oct 2002 and July 2003. We have yet to verify this claim with public records in Indiana but we don't doubt it for a single moment. It makes us wonder if that might have had anything to do with the move to Florida?

A recent forum posting on Peter Hampton's WWW.INTERDAC.COM site which is copied below. Original is HERE which is a response to a donation offer which was most likely fictitious.

Notice the post says: 3. Do you keep bookwork for accountability of funds?

... I don't, but I have seen Mr. Hampton's expense records back to 1986. He is required to answer to his staff for every cent that passes through this organization. Since he personally pays the entire costs of our operations, it would be silly to question what he does with his money. We can review his P&L and operating statement anytime we wish.

So does this mean that Peter Hampton does not keep bookwork at all for this money he supposedly spends? This might sound like a stupid question as Ed Fulke is clearly seen saying that he does not keep books but Peter Hampton has shown him his books back to 1986. What if we were to tell you that Ed Fulke is really Peter Hampton? Now do you see why we might pose this question?

We doubt very much that these books even exist but giving the benefit of the doubt on that and moving on it causes us to question why Peter Hampton posing as the Ed Fulke alias would make these statements? Backing up his own credibility maybe? An outright lie? Who knows with anything that Peter Hampton says?

We have been reliably informed that Peter Hampton's birth name was Ed Fulke and that he was adopted at around age 3. We were able to verify that the IP addresses of Peter Hampton's and Ed Fulkes Posts were the same. Admin Panel from InterDAC Forum showing posters IP Address.

Can we say nice try Peter but NO SALE!? Why is it that this surprises us not in the slightest? Anyone care to volunteer an opinion on that? We did place a post on the same forum in that thread pointing out that Peter Hampton and Ed Fulke were one and the same but funnily enough it was very quickly deleted like many other posts that other people have made. This seriously leads us to question Peter Hampton's honesty in financial matters.

You will also notice that he claims: REPLY:

... projected land based recurring monthly = $780,000.00

We can only wonder what he does with this money if it costs $9,533.20 to host his operation on a $149.95 a month VPS (virtual private server) at Verio. We can only puzzle at what he supposedly spends the remaining $9383.25 on? Maybe he eats gold pencils?

Also notice that he claims his projected land based costs are projected to run out at $780,000.00 (over three quarters of a million dollars) per month. We were under the misaprehension that they were the International WEB Police. Comments on this to the forum please. HERE Anyone think that Peter Hampton lives in some kind of fantasy world?
