InterGOV International and International Web Police Ambassadors.
What is this Ambassador business? We believe that it is in part a justification process to support the claims littered across their bloated and overhyped pages of official international recognition. Below is our theory on how it works.
So if you live in China, then you serve in China and not in Australia or any country outside of China. Somewhere the International claim becomes obscure. So they recruit a member from a state or country, make that person an Ambassador and then that person erects a page on some geocities site and that country now officially recognizes the Authority of the Web Police. In reality it is internal recognition, or they are recognized only in their own minds. This is a very interesting concept and we believe that it was devised to deliberately mislead visitors to the site or to backup the ludicrous and ridiculous claims made on their site. We had an interesting discussion with the Official Web Police Ambassador to Mongolia where we asked him if the law enforcement agency or government of Mongolia recognized the authority of the Web Police, or did only he as an individual recognize it? Officer Chingoon 03091 commented before we realized that he probably couldn't really intelligibly help us with our enquiry:
Words of Wisdom from Former International Web Police Ambassador to Mongolia - Officer Chingoon.
[chingoon-03091!~hasar@202.131.229.35] i know your ip
[chingoon-03091!~hasar@202.131.229.35] and your geographical position
[chingoon-03091!~hasar@202.131.229.35] Then
[chingoon-03091!~hasar@202.131.229.35] we have a interpol contact
[chingoon-03091!~hasar@202.131.229.35] if i
[chingoon-03091!~hasar@202.131.229.35] report you to central operations
[chingoon-03091!~hasar@202.131.229.35] Fuck you
[chingoon-03091!~hasar@202.131.229.35] Hey fuck you
[chingoon-03091!~hasar@202.131.229.35] Hey you big mother fucker
[chingoon-03091!~hasar@202.131.229.35] hahahaha
[chingoon-03091!~hasar@202.131.229.35] i'm now off duty
[chingoon-03091!~hasar@202.131.229.35] hahahaha
Here is a funny quote from the channel bot they used to use.
(23:50.25) -Diana_00005- The word "yeah" is not allowed to be used in this room and shows disrepect to others. Please refrain from using it while communicating with officers of InterGov. Thank You.
Surely this must be hypocrisy at the very least, the word "yeah" is disrespectful to their officers?, yet obscenities are ok to use on the public as long as it is them doing it? Anybody see the warped logic when comparing their above statements?
Strangely enough Officer Chingoon the Web Police's Official Ambassador to Mongolia with all his years of upto the minute advanced technological training managed to trace my IP Address to Turkey. He managed to pinpoint me to within 7,000 miles of my location which was not in any way masked or hidden by anonymous proxy services or similar anonimity services. We were indeed impressed by the high level of unmatched technical efficiency displayed by these highly trained and qualified individuals. The Internet can rest assured that these fine Officers are always on call 24 hours a day to protect you against crime and to apprehend the bad guys.
We feel assured in this knowledge and convinced that the bad guys are on the run or already in hiding with the knowledge that the International Web Police may be knocking their door down any minute with an arrest warrant. Sounds ridiculous? We fully agree that it would be a completely ridiculous thing for us to say if it were not indeed true. We never realized that it was possible to arrest individuals via the Internet and especially without any jurisdiction whatsoever in that country. The IWP International Web Police SWAT team again proved us completely wrong when they performed an official Internet arrest under the authority they supposedly have. It is our opinion that some of these individuals are probably certifiable nutcases and actually believe in these far fetched and outrageous fantasies.
Meet the Former International Web Police Ambassador to Oklahoma - Shawn Williams.
We wonder if this this individual knows Mike Darrol also from Oklahoma? Shawn Williams used to maintain his Ambassadorial page at http://www.geocities.com/pam_02687/index.html which has now been closed due to inactivity. Shawn Williams was also involved in arresting users on the dalNET IRC Network and was logged arresting an IRC Operator below.
<Barbara> [17:07] <shawn_02468> You are under arrest by the international web police
Surely these guys are joking or something? It would appear not as they perform their duties of arresting people for no apparent reason in chat rooms. This also could quite easily be classed as impersonation and harrassment.
The only things this fine Officer appears to have forgotten is that it is not to the very best of our knowledge legally possible to arrest somebody on IRC, without a valid reason or warrant and without reading them their rights. He might also have added, do not try to escape as all exits to this chat room are blocked, do not disconnect from the Internet, press ALT + F4 or [X].
Arresting a normal user on IRC is one thing, but to arrest an IRC Operator is like committing suicide if you want to carry on using the network. Fortunately this Operator has compassion and sympathy for the afflicted and obvious respect for someone as important as the Official Ambassador to Oklahoma. It is not everyday that you have the honor of being arrested by one of the world's finest International Web Police Officers, let alone an Ambassador. Shawn Williams, Ambassador to Oklahoma was also a key member of the Senior Advisory Staff. We can only wonder at the level of intelligence that exists in this organization and we would be extremely surprised if the joint IQ of all their core member added up to a figure that was impossible to count with all your fingers and toes.
The Ambassadors Welcome Letter:
Dear Ambassador,
On behalf of all the InterGOV Ambassadors, welcome to the Ambassador Unit!
You have accepted the responsibilities placed upon you as an InterGOV Ambassador, which means you have the will to develop InterGOV’s notoriety in your country, state or region. For this reason, you have to keep in mind that your position will require, more or less, as much investment from yourself than any other position within InterGOV International.
You now represent InterGOV’s principles and values, which means that you should set an example for our fellow officers to follow. InterGOV’s integrity is extremely important.
We insist on a few points that are very important for our Unit to work properly:
You must set an example of professionalism, courtesy and respect in your behavior within InterGOV, and in all of your correspondence with your fellow officers, the media and government bodies you will approach.
Remember to submit your EBS check-ins on a daily basis (the purpose of this check is to allow Executive IG/IWP leadership the ability to know you are alright, your system is functioning correctly, and that in the event of an emergency - we are able to contact you within a reasonable time period (24 hours or less).
Remember to complete your weekly progress reports on time and make sure to write complete information about the activity in your country, state or region.
Following this letter, you will be getting the following as soon as all the paper work goes through:
InterGOV ID card:
You may use this ID card to conduct all business related to InterGOV. Do not misuse this ID card, as you would be immediately dismissed from your Ambassador function and permanently suspended from any position in InterGOV, and all related agencies. If you are in any doubt concerning the use of your ID card, you can contact the Senior Ambassador of your country, the Deputy Senior InterGOV Ambassador or the Senior InterGOV Ambassador.
InterGOV International Bylaws:
Please take the time to read the Bylaws carefully. These Bylaws are the fundamentals concerning our organization. It will help you answer the common questions that the media, government bodies and your fellow officers might ask you.
Ambassadors Unit P&P’s:
Read and make sure you fully understand the content of our Policies and Procedures, as anyone not strictly following them will immediately be dismissed from his/her Ambassadorial function.
Active Ambassador roster list:
This list will allow you to quickly see all the active staff of the Ambassadors Unit. This listing is done by country; the first name stated under the country name is the Senior Ambassador of the said country.
Ambassadorial Certificate:
Similar to your ID card, this certificate shows that you have been officially appointed InterGOV Ambassador in the InterGOV Ambassador Unit.
Your appointment as an Ambassador will last for six months. If, after six months, you are still with InterGOV and wish to continue with your ambassadorial duties, you will be re-appointed for a following six months.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us (see email contact below), we will be glad to help you in every way we can.
Thank you for taking the time to represent your country, state or region and promote InterGOV/International Web Police!
Once again, welcome onboard! We hope you will enjoy working in the Ambassadors Unit.
Respectfully,
The Senior InterGOV Ambassador Staff

Non too surprisingly, Drummond Doig is also no longer with InterGOV. InterGOV appear to go through staff quicker than McDonalds go through napkins! According to InterGOV in 1997 they had over 200,000 members and over 890,000 people on their mailing list, yet their badge numbers are still in the low 04*** region signifying that they have had just over 4,000 members since they began as badge numbers are not reassigned.
Below is a list of InterGOV Ambassadors from around circa 2000. We believe these listings to be "Weapons of Mass Ridicule" as one of our informants suggested.

Interesting InterGOV XLS file, notice it shows reasons why some Ambassadors parted ranks with InterGOV. If it will not open you will need to download and install this free xls viewing utility from Microsoft. They left this and countless other documents in open directories HERE for anybody to download and read. You will learn quite a lot from this open archive which they have still failed to secure! Hilarious that they claim their data is secure and that they hunt down hackers yet cannot even secure their own sensitive data from the public. We downloaded the entire archive some months ago. |
