Summary:
You will notice that no straight answers were returned to any of the questions we asked Peter Hampton. He denied the port scanning incident and then denied being banned from DalNet even after proof was shown to him. He also claimed our pages were full of misinformation even though he claimed never to have read it. The statistics for the original site on Tripod showed that he did indeed visit it many times. Notice he mentions an even which he could only have known about had he visited the site and then attempts to slither out of it by claiming somebody else must have misinformed him. Amazingly he claims 1000's of sites had written about him but knew immediately we had a site on Tripod even though it was not mentioned by us to him before he mentioned it.

Peter Hampton also failed to provide any proof of the existance of InterGOV International, International Web Police or Scamwatch before 1996. He did however have to admit that we had him on that one and opted for a different kind of evasion. Shortly after publishing this interview a series of complaints were sent to Tripod and the site was removed for supposed abuse. To our knowledge telling the truth is not abuse. It is however a common practice of InterGOV to make false complaints and to order their members to do so too.

Here is a recent episode where they were urging members to make false complaints about an ex member.

This message was repeated all day as this is a tactic they use to try and get people or websites disconnected if they don't like them. They had no proof whatsoever that the individual who they were complaining about was even involved in any criminal activity. An email was forwarded to everyone that day detailing the complaint against Andre Riis from Norway, ex head of their TRT (Tactical Response Team) Department. We were forwarded several copies of these spam emails which Andre Riis sent according to Peter Hampton and could find no evidence that this individual was responsible as Peter Hampton alleged. When questioned about the logs from the web server Peter Hampton claimed they had been deleted. He would delete such an important piece of evidence that would be required to prove his claims? Does anyone believe him? HERE is a copy of the false complaint.

"They set up several pages linking the publisher, Russ Smith, with child molesters, labeled Smith as an 'Internet crime suspect' and said he should be arrested, and fabricated several messages and attributed them to Smith.  They were told by their web hosting provider to remove these pages or be kicked off the service.  The web provider recognized one of the phony messages attributed to Smith as it was an excerpt from a widely distributed message from CyberPromo.com threatening retaliation for 'flamers.'  Intergov has never answered the questions about his membership claims."

This is what they did to one Russ Smith of Consumer.Net who also wrote up his thoughts and experiences of Peter Hampton and his bogus agencies. How many other innocents have been subject to false claims made by the International Web Police?

Peter Hampton doubts whether our personal web page will have any effect, we shall see! Many ex members and even a few existing members have contacted us to share their concerns or alert us to things that are dreadfully wrong within InterGOV in the hope that our copy might help bring about required changes or the demise of InterGOV. We do not intend to fail those individuals or the public in our quest to get InterGOV unplugged and the likes of Peter Hampton made to face the music. Notice as well in the interview that Peter Hampton claims that they have their own IRC network now that trains operators to be courteous and not kill/disconnect people. We could fill page upon page of these kills and permanent bans which they supposedly do not do.

These are just a few of 1000's. Five bans in 3 hours isn't bad going considering Peter Hampton claims his operators are courteous and don't kill users. Their network performs more user bans than any other IRC network I have ever visited. Their members even ban each other but then that is to be expected when children are given Network Adminstrator Status and childish point and click scripts.

You can experience this first hand by visiting irc.intergov.org 6667 and asking questions regarding their credibility where you will be treated with suspicion and at the very least silenced and most likely banned. Just tell them that we sent you and see what happens.
