The Web Police Background Checks and Screening Process.

Having infiltrated the International Web Police several times in the past and most recently as Markt (Marcus Kemp) a fictitious alias used for the purpose of testing the supposed thorough screening process they employ.

The application form to apply for a staff position at http://www.intergov.org/forms/wp_application.html was completed with completely bogus information and submitted. I gave a United Kingdom street address and a Canadian e-mail address while connecting to their IRC chat rooms through a United States IP Address without any of them even questioning it. They assumed for the most part that I was in Canada due to the markt@canada.com e-mail address which I used.

My application was soon processed and a welcome letter and Web Police badge number was received via e-mail. If as they claim, I had been background checked and properly screened they would have very soon realised that Marcus Kemp did not even exist at the street address given, let alone that there was no such street name in the town name I gave as there is no such town as the one I invented.

This managed to establish that the so called rigorous background checking they claim to do simply does not exist. I could have been absolutely anybody, a murderer, rapist, stalker, conman or even a terrorist for all they knew. How can they protect the public from criminals when criminals have unrestricted entry and Peter Hampton seems not to care less that he has criminal members until they actually leave.

I have managed to establish that the only way they check applications is to look at the IP Address of the form submitter and check if the country of origin of IP and country stated on form for applicant match. So, if someone used a proxy server from Mexico and claimed to be a Mexico resident then they would be accepted as an International Web Police Officer.

Absolutely anybody can join and apply for any position and I was recruited into TRT (Tactical Response Team) and given the dubious position and title of Director of TRT Intelligence. The position consisted of hardly anything except sat in a chat room on my own most of the time and at other times with Khader Bandak and Johnny Sabella, two individuals from Palestine who were supposedly in charge of TRT.

Neither of these individuals had the slightest clue who I even was and made me a Director based purely on the fact that I knew what TCP mean't and that I was able to resolve Khader Bandak's IP Address to his palmnet ISP. TRT were put in complete charge of all internal security matters for InterGOV/International Web Police.

In essence they had us investigating ourselves and Barbara Hampton, Peter Hamptons daughter was even stupid enough to make us IRC Operators on their IRC server and gave us carte blanche approval to open an Anti-InterGOV style site to try and catch the people involved with this site and find out who they were. More on this later when the IRC logs have been converted to a more readable format.

My experience as an International Web Police infiltrator was most enlightening and gave me an ideal opportunity to watch the normal everyday ridiculous antics which occur within their organization. They appear to spend more time investigating each other and fighting for worthless titles and worthless praise from Peter Hampton.

Anyone see why the sorry state of affairs concerning their lack of proper screening might well endanger the public and victims of crime? Nobody has any idea who they are submitting their details to! It could be absolutely anybody. This should be a good example of why people should never submit any of their personal details to a web site unless they know who they are submitting their details to, who is going to be looking at them and what they are going to be used for!
