Web Police Child Safe Chat Rooms?

InterGOV International and the International Web Police have long maintained that they run a Child Safe IRC chat room service. It is however commonly known about some of the shocking activities which have taken place in their chat rooms including sexual chats with minors and other disgraceful incidents. Some of the events that we are aware of are detailed elsewhere on this site. See HERE. Peter Hampton cites on his new Criminals page which labels people who visit this site or participate in the public forum as criminals that contribute to the delinquency and moral decay of minors.

Peter Hampton's futile poke at this site can be found on his Criminals Page. Where we gladly send people to view some of the outlandish claims made by Peter Hampton in an attempt to undermine our efforts in warning the public about the dubious activities of the International Web Police. We also send people there in order to supply a fair balance and to let Mr. Hampton have his say, he does not however extend the same courtesy towards this site, but instead claims to publish all the facts in order for the public to make up their own minds.

What Peter Hampton fails to mention is that these so called events he cites supposedly occurred in his own so called child safe chat rooms where all transgressions were overlooked while the individuals he refers to were furthering his aims and ambitions. Mr. Hampton was aware of these activities at the time they occurred and failed to take any positive action which seems to indicate how little it concerned him at the time. It is only after these individuals had left his agencies that he cared enough to make any mention of it. Can we say hypocrite?

Below is what Peter Hampton had to say about an incident of sexual chats with minors in his supposed child safe chat rooms shortly after the event occurred. I believe many will find this most revealing.

Maybe this will help people to get a better understanding of the hypocritical manner in which Mr. Hampton behaves and attempts to manipulate situations to suit himself. Unfortunately for him his past will always come back snd bite him as it eventually does with all people who attempt to play both sides of the fence. I personally believe that his above statement and behavior is absolutely disgusting and makes a complete mockering of the apparently false concerns he cites on his Criminals page. It is my personal opinion that Mr. Hampton is little more than a Charlatan who is once again trying to mislead the public.

This presumably is the same International Web Police apparently who regularly sign my admin@web-police-warning.com e-mail address up for over 100 junk opt-in pornographic, penis enlargement and marketing newsletters. Maybe this is the method that the International Web Police use to dispense justice against their critics?

In his Public Safety area of his own site he lists http://www.intergov.org/public_information/general_information/mIRC_jargon.html where I fail to see what it has to do with public safety but is certainly an eye opener. Is this the delinquency and moral decay Mr Hampton speaks of? on the page found at his own site? We find phrases such as:

We suggest that Mr. Hampton reads the contents of his own public safety area of his site before he makes allegations or judgements against others. Are these the abbreviations for use in his own child safe chat rooms? it certainly appears to look that way.

The same individuals he accuses on his Criminals page could until recently be found listed all over his plethora of bogus sites on rolls of honor for faithfully serving his agencies. Is this the way to treat those that gave their time, effort and loyalty in trying to help him? I for one certainly don't think so!

His site also states the below:

"TH. The founder and leader of this group hides behind the name "Admin". The name "admin" is used to conceal the individuals real name so they may continue to pursue any illegal activity without fear of law enforcement interference"

One can only wonder who this TH might be? Maybe Peter Hampton would care to name TH and misinform the public some more? Peter Hampton claims to have filed charges against me or presumably TH? and a cohort, I have yet to see any evidence of these charges he informs people about. I would be interested to hear what these fictitious charges might be and have been told by more than one individual that it concerns child endangerment issues. If I ever do receive a visit from the authorities concerning fabricated child endangerment issues I'm sure you can guess whose name I will bring up first as the ideal person they might be interested in regarding such issues.

Russel Smith from Consumer.Net met with similar tactics when daring to be a critic of InterGOV. I'm sure it wouldn't take more than a few moments for anybody to figure out that the International Web Police use some rather reprehensible tactics to try and silence their critics or featured detractors.

Mr. Hampton is apparently under the misguided notion that as a citizen of the State of Florida it is somehow ok to make false reports to the Police in the United Kingdom and feels that as he doesn't live in the United Kingdom that there is nothing that they can do. Fortunately in the modern world and with the aid of the Internet the level of International Police co-operation is at a level never seen before.

The name Admin is the default name given to the administrator of the excellent eblah forum scripts we use. I have never changed the name from the default as Peter Hampton would only like to gather this information to post on his page or to find somebody with a similar name whose criminal record he could post inferring that it was me. They tried the exact same tactic with Tom Duff by posting untrue allegations from a public library that just happened to be in the same town that Bill Howes their supposed chief investigator is living.

I'm still interested in what illegal activities I apparently engage in? Maybe he would care to name them? Warning the public about the International Web Police is now a crime? It would certainly be news to me if it where. I can only conclude that Peter Hampton might benefit from professional help for his apparent problems.

Peter Hampton seems to think that it is ok to label his chat servers as child safe when he recruits convicted criminals that have not been background checked or screened. What message does this give out to the children or the public who he claims he is sworn to protect? Would anybody reading this want any of their children to join the International Web Police child safe chat rooms?

Children are regularly recruited into his agencies because many believe that they are joining a real Police Force or can do some good, unfortunately it is not as simple as that and real Police Officers must pass a selection process and many hours of training before being allowed to investigate crimes. Mr. Hampton appears to think that it is ok to mislead people even if it does endanger them. How many people would want their children associating with convicted criminals or set loose on the Internet investigating serious crimes which should have been forwarded to the proper authorities in the first place?

I'm sure Mr. Hampton will soon find other things to accuse me of, maybe International Terrorism?, Pedophilia?, Hacking? and anything else he can think of. What he fails to realise is that the real Police do not prosecute people purely on his accusations, they require a little item which is referred to as evidence or reasonable suspicion. Someday soon I expect that this might backfire on Mr. Hampton for making false complaints or wasting Police time.

Peter Hampton would have the public believe that he is holier than thou when making false accusations against this site and shouting about contributing to the delinquency and moral decay of minors. Judging from the above photograph which is unedited in any way, it can be quite clearly seen what Peter Hampton is gesturing!

Peter Hampton, self appointed President of the International Web Police would have the public believe that this site is maintained by criminals who contribute to the delinquency and moral decay of minors although he himself appears to not practice what he preaches. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then this picture speaks volumes!

Peter Hampton seemingly believes that he is somehow above the law and that he can make as many accusations as he pleases, no matter how false they are but anybody who dares accuse him must be a liar. It my belief that it is quite obvious to most people who read the facts how honest Peter Hampton is.
