Our Answers To Peter Hampton's False Criminal Accusations. My inline commends are in red italics. Here is the original of the article that we are commenting on HERE which can be found on Peter Hampton's, International Web Police site. Article is immediately below: In the course of the many years the Web Police has fought internet crime, we have directly confronted many criminals and terminated their illegal acts against you and your families. He has? By what authority did he confront and terminate these ilegal acts? Is this the Authority he speaks of? These criminals often retaliate against us in many forms. Examples would be physical threats, hacking our servers, Denial of Service attacks, flooding our public assistance chat rooms, sending false and misleading e-mails to authorities in order to discredit our efforts, creating web sites explicitly used for the purpose of attacking our efforts and many other forms of retaliation. Throw some dirt and hope some of it sticks without being specific or supplying evidence as to what you are actually claiming here. This is one of Peter Hampton's oldest ploys and as you will see below, falls apart when scrutinized. Maybe the State of Florida received false complaints too and also acted on them after finding some very obvious problems. [1] - [2] - [3] - [4] - [5] - [6] A few of the attacks we receive even come from ex-staff who seek vengeance for having been discharged from Web Police. In an attempt to save face and heal their wounded egos, they retaliate by attacking us in many forms. Everyone who seemingly speaks out against him is supposedly a disgruntled ex staff member who was fired according to Peter Hampton, see details on this further below. As for wounded egos it is apparent who is suffering from one of those right now, given that most of his long time staff members have disassociated themselves with his bogus agencies as well as his sponsors demanding that he remove their names from his sites. More on this at bottom of page. One such example would be the WPW (Web Police Warning) who are a group of a few ex-staff who have formed a hate group to attack us. He has always maintained that I am an ex staff member which is completely false as I was never a member of any of his bogus organizations before establishing this site. More on this below. Notice that he fails to give the URL to this site so that his reader can check out his claims. A few of their efforts include: 1. Hacking our web servers in an attempt to close them (failed.) Surely Mr. Hampton could supply the logs of these intrusions he claims, if his servers were in fact hacked into then it would be easy to wipe out the whole operating system as the root admin with a simple command such as rm -rf * from the drive root /. This would in fact close his server in just a few seconds if that was the case. Don't they claim to solve crimes of hacking and also endorse the unethical activity of hacking to solve crimes? 2. Flooding our public help chat room with obscene comments and pornographic materials while minors were present. I fail to see how this could be the case when their IRC chat rooms are in his own words, child safe and have filtering for supposedly bad words. He can't have it both ways without contradicting himself, can he? Notice again that he fails to provide any evidence of this to his readers. 3. Flooding our email system with thousands of emails which prevents victims of serious crimes from receiving assistance. Another old ploy, and one where he claims that it puts the lives of millions of Internet users at severe risk because somebody spammed him. We are hardly likely to detail this spam on this site if we were the guilty party who sent it. It is my belief that it is in actual fact his incompetence and stupidity which puts Internet users at risk. 4. Posting pornographic images on our public discussion forums in plain view of your children. Children visit his discussion forum? The discussion forum he claims is controversial and discusses pornography and spam. Peter Hampton claims to be impartial about pornography and even offers to visit and view and certificate pornographic sites for a donation of $50 or more. Apparently it might take a whole team of Web Police Officers a few weeks to verify all the pornography on a site they certificate. He runs a public forum where absolutely anybody can post yet chooses to blame this site for his pornographic woes and again provides not a shred of evidence to prove his wild accusations. I'm sure you can dream up something better than that Mr. Hampton! 5. Establishing a hate web site for posting exaggerations, half truths, gossip and false insinuations about the Web Police staff. Warning the public makes this a hate site?, I think that the public have the right to know the facts as there are no facts on any of Hampton's sites to back up any of the myriad of completely false claims they are littered with. Is he saying that the public don't have the right to know that they might well be giving their personal details to the criminals he recruits?, criminals with records that can be easily verified on official sites! Surely Mr. Hampton has finally lost his grip on reality. He has yet to prove any of the wild claims he makes or to disprove any of the facts which are presented here. If this were indeed a hate site I'm sure I could find considerably more to say regarding Mr. Hampton's reprehensible activities. The public should be fully aware of who the leaders are of this hate group and actually behind these horrendous acts so you may form a more educated opinion on the validity of their group. Yes Peter, anyone who is educated can easily form an educated opinion if in fact you dared to provide a link to this site where they could check both sides of the story. As he chooses not to link his criminals page to his main site I took the liberty of adding it to Google where the public can find it for themselves along with this site as this site has nothing to hide! Below, we have listed some of the leaders of this hate group who are former staff and have elected to use harassment, stalking and terrorist acts to seek some form of vengeance and/or retaliation. I see, now we are terrorists and stalkers too? Does he even know the meaning of these words he liberally uses in his accusations? Notice he still fails to supply any evidence of these crimes against him that he details as facts. One can only conclude that Mr. Hampton has no facts to offer except his own word which given his many outlandish claims of official recognition is completely worthless. Given that all these supposed law enforcement agencies recognise his agencies and work side by side with the International Web Police then it is almost a given that we would be arrested and shut down if any of the above claims he made were even remotely true. We have listed some of them by initials and their inappropriate conduct (yet, they claim they are protecting the public from the Web Police.) He can't name the people he accuses? I wonder why? Does he fear a defamation suit if he does? If his statement were true and he could prove all these things then he would have nothing to fear would he? So far we have warned many people about the Web Police and will continue to warn many more about the sorry state of affairs of his organizations. AF. Soliciting sex from a minor child in our chat rooms and sending pornographic pictures and nude images of himself to a minor and other staff. Using lewd and abusive language toward minors, impersonating a police officer and theft of police equipment. Peter Hampton obtained that information from this site, but isn't the material we publish on this site all lies according to him? AF is actually Aaron Forsman see HERE. Peter Hampton quite obviously likes to twist the facts and tries to twist his own unethical behavior around to falsely incriminate others. Falsifying his application, impersonating a police officer and performing DOS attacks on mail servers. SP is Stefan Pieksma who is a Lieutenant in the service of the Swedish Army. Stefan Pieksma is a forum administrator in the public forum on this site. Peter Hampton has claimed that Stefan Pieksma falsified his Web Police application and is not a serving member of the Swedish Army. HERE you will find that Stefan Pieksma is really with the Swedish Army and he regularly sends me e-mail from a *.mil.se address which is an official Swedish Military address. Maybe Mr. Hampton will next claim that he cracked his way in and placed his name on the site to deliberately mislead people? If falsification of an application were true then it would clearly show that Peter Hampton's supposed thorough screening and background checking of applicants does not exist. Again, Peter Hampton provides not a single shred of evidence to support his wild accusations of Denial of Service attacks on his mail server. Stefan Pieksma left InterGOV after being advised to leave by his Commanding Officer due to concerns about the unethical activities taking place inside of InterGOV. The log of his resignation can be found below. Peter Hampton now maintains that Stefan Pieksma was dismissed but fails to provide any evidence of this, however I have in my posession the log of him resigning and have seen the evidence which clearly shows that again Peter Hampton appears to have little grasp of the truth in his above statements. Since I have known Stefan Pieksma I have found his honesty and integrity in all matters to be unquestionable. HERE is the log of Stefan Pieksma's resignation from InterGOV clearly showing that Hampton's claim is again completely false. Hampton also claims that Stefan Pieksma has impersonated a Police Officer, how can he impersonate a Police Officer when in fact, he is a Police Officer? Peter Hampton is also well aware of this but chooses not to tell the truth, so I will take the liberty of doing it for him. Stefan Pieksma has Police/MP status in protecting and guarding Military installations or Important Civic installations. (Powerplants, Airports etc) This status on and around these installations exceeds the Civilian police Authority in certain cases. Stefan Pieksma is also a instructor for MP/Sentry and protection guard. Below is the a copy of Stefan Pieksma's Swedish Armed Forces ID for anyone who might doubt any of the above and is proof postive that Peter Hampton's claims go way beyond falsehoods. Check out http://www.mil.se and compare the logo and spelling on the below ID and you will see that it clearly matches.
You will see here in our own forum that the supposed Chief Investigator of the International Web Police Computer Crime Lab, Bill Howes also makes false accusations against Stefan Pieksma HERE. I would most certainly question Peter Hampton and his cohort Bill Howes's honesty in these matters given the more than ample proof of their completely false claims which I have been able to supply above. The whole allegation posted by one Bill Howes from a public library in a failed attempt to disguise himself is completely untrue. This is why I firmly believe that amateur investigation by incompetents endangers and defames innocent people. Bill Howes also labels Tom Duff as a pedophile with a criminal record and threatens to post this criminal record. I would suggest that Bill Howes got his facts straight before making such threats and making a fool of himself. Peter Hampton, Bill Howes and another accomplice by the name of Kristi Kessler are now engaged in the nefarious activity of making knowingly false complaints to the UK Police. I believe they call this conspiracy, wasting Police time and false complaint. More on this later. AR. Hacking of servers, planting Trojans on servers, DOS attacks on servers, flooding e-mail groups with thousands of messages containing obscene materials. AR is Andre Riis who has maybe posted one or two posts in the forum at most, Andre Riis was accused of all kinds of hacking and Denial of Service attacks by Peter Hampton. Mailbombing was performed with thousands of e-mail all signed at the end with Andre Riis, does this sound like the illegal activity of someone not wanting to get caught or does it sound more like the activity of someone attempting to lay the blame at Mr. Riis's door? As Andre Riis had passwords for the InterGOV servers given to him by Peter Hampton then anything he might have done inside of those servers was in fact lawful access and not hacking. Peter Hampton should be aware that unlawful access to computers is in fact cracking and not hacking, for someone who is supposedly an expert on Internet crimes, one would think that he would be aware of this small detail. I will publish the false complaint which Peter Hampton made shortly along with his daughter direct order that all Web Police staff members were to also send a complaint and CC (Carbon Copy) it to her. It is my belief that they deliberately and knowingly ordered their staff to lodge false complains without evidence against this individual. A week or so afterwards they then suspected a different staff member and claimed that they knew it was this individual all along which suggests that they knowingly and falsely accused Andre Riis. Logs will follow shortly. Andre Riis has yet to receive any kind of apology for this false accusation! MM. Transmitting pornography and lewd materials to minors. Improper conduct when dealing with a minor and conduct unbecoming an officer of Web Police. MM is Marta Morgan and a kinder and sweeter lady you are never likely to meet. Marta Morgan left of her own accord after many years upon finding out that she had been deceived. Peter Hampton begged her to return and I do also have logs of this which I will make available soon with her permission. Peter Hampton claimed to all his current staff that she had gone on an ELOA (Extended Leave of Absence) and would be back shortly even when he knew that she had left for good. Marta Morgan is also known for her honesty and integrity by both past and present members of InterGOV and is a wonderful asset to our public discussion boards and also a forum moderator. RK. Using our chat rooms as a platform for enticing men into sexual acts and committing adultery. Improper conduct in front of minors in addition to conduct unbecoming an officer of Web Police. RK = Renee Kloss who only returned to InterGOV to look out for her long time friend Marta Morgan. Renee Kloss was dismissed for having an opinion about the double standards in operation at InterGOV. I also have a log of this event where she was fired for stating that it was ok for some people to flout the rules and not others. Barbara Hampton banned her from the InterGOV chat server for having this opinion for conduct not becoming of a Web Police Officer. It is apparent that they like to surround themselves with YES people who are not allowed to have an opinion that differs from that of Peter or Barbara Hampton's. I can give many examples of their double standards and hypocrisy and will devote a full page to it at a later date as time permits. TH. The founder and leader of this group hides behind the name "Admin". The name "admin" is used to conceal the individuals real name so they may continue to pursue any illegal activity without fear of law enforcement interference. TH is supposedly me. Peter Hampton is under the seriously misguided notion that I am Tim Hinks who is a Detective Constable with the London Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom. Peter Hampton is very wrong in his assumption as I am an individual and have no law enforcement status whatsoever. Peter Hampton has obviously now turned his attentions towards making false complaint against real Police Officers and has cooked up a conspiracy theory that the UK Police are conspiring against him. More on this later! I can categorically state that I am not Tim Hinks! and that Detective Constable Tim Hinks has absolutely no involvement in the running of this site except that we have quoted an e-mail reply to us from him where we simply asked the London Metroplitan Police if they recognised the International Web Police in any official capacity. In my opinion this might give anyone some idea of how clearly deluded that Peter Hampton might be. Incidentally the name Admin is the default name given to the forum administrator upon installing Eblah forum software and one which seems to have stuck due to most people now referring to me as that after seeing my many responses to posts. All of the above are contributing to the delinquency and moral decay of minor children by soliciting their participation in illegal activities. These minors are also participating in conversations in the groups main chat room which is named (#f***you) and located at www.somef***ingdomain.com . Why does he not name these supposed activities? Is this maybe because he again has no evidence of this? Most of the chatters are adult and anybody is free to ask any of the chatters at any time if they have ever been solicited to engage in any activity whatsoever, let alone illegal activity. It will soon become very apparent that this is yet another false claim of Peter Hampton's. It is not hard to notice that he never ever supplies a single shred of evidence to back up any of his ridiculous claims that are clearly only made in an attempt to discredit our efforts to warn the public. Anybosy reading this might well see exactly why we warn the public about this individual and his bogus agencies. He claims that this site contributes to the delinquency and moral decay of minors yet these minors can join his cause as hackers or pretend Police Officers. It is patently obvious what Mr. Hampton is gesturing in this photograph isn't it? Please feel free to look at the larger image and examine it in any way that you like for Photoshopping or other types of image manipulation or alteration, you will find that it is quite unaltered in any way. One can only wonder if this is what Peter Hampton might think to child safety and protecting children? Maybe this is the delinquency and moral decay that he speaks of above? Bulls* This hate group is seriously endangering the youth of our Web Police explorers team which is made up of minor children. They have posted the names and pictures of these children on their web sites along with insulting comments about these children. Such horrible conduct is beyond the realm of reason, inexcusable and disgusting. Such feigned horror and disgust, who is he trying to kid here? Anybody remotely convinced by this charade? Maybe he should take a long hard look at his own picture above and try again! If warning the public about him and his agencies is inexcusable and discusting then I couldn't even hazard a guess at what the above would make him out to be using his own ethics. I am of the opinion that Mr. Hampton is an individual of low morals, poor ethics and likes to manipulate the public, the media and those who volunteer for his bogus organizations believing that they are really going to be legitimately helping people. He also details horrible conduct yet fails to mention my email address being signed up for pornographic opt-in newsletters and penis enlargement products. I will detail some of the confirmation requests that recently flooded my inbox shortly. Mr. Hampton also fails to mention that the making of false complaints to web hosts, and now the Police is an old and tired tactic of his. Mr. Hampton made similar accusations against one Russel Smith and posted his name on a criminals page alongside suspected pedophiles with the recommendation that he be arrested. Where are these insulting statements about children? Why does he not supply a URL to any of them? Maybe because they do not actually exist? Peter Hampton's days of this kind of activity are most assuredly going to come to an end very soon as more and more people become aware of it. Afterall this whole page I am commenting on was only erected to mislead the people who might question him over the information on this site. I believe that he is also under the misguided notion that it will silence his critics, namely us, he has another think coming as it just strengthens my resolve to warn the public about him! This is a reply received from the U.K. Police in reference to the above group; What he should have said if he were truthful is 'this is a deliberate misquote from the UK Police who had referred members of the public to this site in an attempt to educate them'. Mr. Hampton on discovering that the UK Police were sending people who enquired about the International Web Police here concocted the Criminals page we are commenting on here and claimed that we were criminals. On having no immediate evidence to hand to dispute his allegation, they simply retracted their referral. We have written to them to query the below quote and have been offered a public statement on the matter which we have written back to accept. Officer I do hope this example gives you a better understanding of the many challenges the staff at Web Police face each day. All I see is a taken out of context quote that was deliberately manipulated. Mr. Hampton does not want the reader to see the full e-mail, I wonder why? Could it be that it was a long e-mail that asked for proof of his official status and asked him to list genuine law enforcement agencies who recognized the International Web Police? Mr. Hampton appears not to have wanted the reader to know about this little detail and it is only fair to mention it to the casual reader. The above automatically sounds bad and like the Police are agreeing with Mr. Hampton's claims but with some scrutiny it soon becomes apparent that they do not. Much more on this shortly! We are here to help people, plain and simple. We are all volunteers and work for free! We ask for nothing in return and are here only to help. I can't think of anybody except a certifiable lunatic that would ever want to engage the help of any agency that is supposedly in Hampton's own words staffed by a few hundred convicted felons and run by someone who also claims to have a criminal record. As for asking nothing in return, how is it that nearly every one of their pages carries solicitations for donations when they are not even a legally registered not for profit org or a charity? Hampton has lost two of his long time sponsors recently, one of them
being Lockdown Corporation and another that we are not at liberty to
name right now due to them investigating legal remedies to force Peter
Hampton to remove their name and links from his site after his outright
refusal to do so. Lockdown Corporation are also looking at a legal remedy
to getting their name removed from the InterGOV sites. More on that

Lockdown Corporation have asserted that both Peter Hampton and his agents who were in contact with them misrepresented the International Web Police as being officially recognised and endorsed to solicit a donation of free software and services. On discovering that these organizations were run by an individual and not an officially recognised law enforcement agency the donation was withdrawn. Peter Hampton appears to have chosen to ignore their wishes to have their name removed from his site as a sponsor. Lockdown Corporation have since offered to link to this site in an effort to warn the public about Internet Scams! Why anyone would want to destroy such a wonderful group of people is a mystery to many, but their attempts will fail as they have failed for the 18 years we have served you. It is not hard to find many hundreds of different comments to the above statement, surely Mr. Hampton has lost his grip on reality if he believes that people who engage in his reprehensible activities are wonderful people. I can think of many of words to describe them that are far from wonderful. Notice as well he claims to have served the public for 18 years and has never been able to provide a shred of evidence to support that his organization has been in exiatance any longer than since 1997 when InterGOV.Org was first registered. ID:D1848565-LROR I can only assume that his claim to being established in 1986 is not true given that his very first site was not even registed until 26th March 1997 some 11 years later. Surely an organization boasting 2 million members in 1997 would leave a trail a mile wide on the Internet but no amount of research has yet been able to turn up any evidence to show any traces of an earlier existance. One day Mr. Hampton might consider adding some actual facts to his wild and outlandish claims but that may prove difficult for him considering that virtually all his claims are based on his word only!
