Lockdown Corporation

InterGOV International has for a long time proudly displayed the below on its pages:

Investor:

LockDown Corporation
Michael Paris - General Manager

www.lockdowncorp.com

Investment:

Provides Software and Services which allow us to:

Track hackers and other illegal activities.
Stop hackers and prevent viruses.
Eliminate spam and pop-ups.
Secure servers and PC's.
- and -
Provides our investigators with secure proxy connections.

Lockdown Corporation have now formally demanded the removal of links to them from the InterGOV sites within 24 hours, however this e-mail was sent about 2 weeks ago and no reply was ever received by Lockdown Corporation. You can read the original e-mail which was sent to Peter Hampton's Director@InterGOV.Org e-mail address further below along with complete e-mail headers. The above link can be found HERE and others on the lower right of each of their pages.

Michael Paris from Lockdown Corporation has kindly given us his full permission to publish this e-mail as InterGOV have yet to comply with his wishes to have his company name disassociated with InterGOV. Mr. Paris was under the illusion that InterGOV had official status as he was led to believe by both Peter Hampton and his representatives that he had been in contact with. A visit to our site, the recent letter from the State of Florida and a couple of telephone enquiries were able to soon persuade Mr. Paris that this was not the case.

Mr. Paris kindly contacted us regarding our site to thank us and make us aware that after learning that InterGOV has no official status that he would be demanding removal of any links to his sites from the InterGOV sites and withdrawing the services he had kindly donated. We have been aware of this for some time but were awaiting the final outcome before publishing anything about it in order to give InterGOV ample time to remove their links before making any comment on it.

As they have still not removed the links to Lockdown Corporation, Michael Paris has given us the go ahead and his blessing to publish the article early due to their failure to respond. It will be interesting to see their reaction to the registered letter they are likely to receive.

It is good to see that public spirited companies are now withdrawing their sponsorships to the InterGOV agencies upon discovering that they are not official or even officially recognized, but in fact run by an individual. It appears that Peter Hampton gave Mr. Paris the impression that he was officially recognized and endorsed to run his misleading agencies, we however know different and now so do Lockdown Corporation. They do not wish their name or corporate image to be associated with anything that is not legitimate or that has been misrepresented to them.

We are pleased that sponsors are now withdrawing their support for InterGOV since finding out that they were deceived into giving this support in the first place. I intend to write to other sponsors they list shortly to see if they are also aware of the real status of InterGOV or whether they are also under the misguided notion that they were giving to an officially recognized and endorsed not for profit organization.

Below you will find the letter that we have been given full permission to reproduce:

I am writing to you requesting that you completely remove
all links to Lockdown Corporation from your websites within
a period of 24 hours.

Failure to do so can result in possible legal action.

It has recently come to our attention that these sites have
no official status as we were led to believe during contact
with both yourself and your representatives.

Our attention has been drawn to a website
http://www.web-police-warning.com where the content
of the site is very disturbing. We at Lockdown Corporation
do not wish our corporate image to be associated with your
organization after what we have read on this site.

We will not be able to continue to offer free use of any of our
products, hosting, email or proxy accounts.

All existing accounts will be deleted from our system.
If you or any of your members feel that you still have a need for any of
our services, please feel free have them signup using normal signup methods.

We find it unprofessional of Mr. Hampton to continue to list us as an
"Investor". For him to REFUSE to change or remove us from his pages, he
is FALSELY USING OUR NAME TO ADD CREDITABILITY TO HIS ORGANIZATIONS:

http://www.intergov.org
http://www.web-police.org
http://web-police.org
http://www.intergov.org
http://www.scamwatch.com
http://www.ileta.net
http://www.icc-911.com

If Mr. Hampton was to change the wording on his web page to something
like "Past Investor" or "At one time Lockdown Corp. Provided these
services" some of what he claims could be viewed as true statements.

However, LockDown Corp. D O E S N O T provide A N Y Security
services to Peter Hampton or A N Y of his so called staff or ORGANIZATIONS!

H E R E A R E S O M E S T A T E M E N T S F O U N D O N H I S
W E B P A G E S T H A T A R E N O T T R U E

"Security provided by: LockDown Corporation" >> NOT TRUE
"Those who care - Investors in Web Police" >> NOT TRUE
"Investor:" >> NOT TRUE
"Provides Software and Services which allow us to: >> NOT TRUE
Track hackers and other illegal activities. >> NOT TRUE
Stop hackers and prevent viruses. >> NOT TRUE
Eliminate spam and pop-ups. >> NOT TRUE
Secure servers and PC's. >> NOT TRUE
- and - Provides our investigators with secure proxy connections." >> NOT TRUE

We do not provide -A N Y- Security to them(.)
We are not a current "Investor"
We do not provide Software and Services to them
They have NO access to our Hacker Tracker System
They have NO license/access to Hacker Eliminator Virus Protection
They have NO license/access to The Spam Slamer popup stopper
They HAVE NEVER had access to our secure servers or hosting
(they were in the process of requesting the services above from us)
We DO NOT provide proxy access to their so called "investigators"

Anyone visiting any of the InterGOV pages and clicking on the LockDown Corp. links will see the below popup displayed.

The LockDown Corp pages now carry the same statement at the bottom of their pages and a link to this site. See WWW.LOCKDOWNCORP.COM & WWW.THEPROXYCONNECTION.COM where you will see:

We have asked The International Web Police to remove us from their list of investors.
They have REFUSED

LockDown Corp. DOES NOT Endorse The International Web Police!

Lockdown Corp. DOES NOT provide security services to this organization!

We Have Withdrawn All Donated Services And TERMINATED ALL Accounts With Us.

Click Here to find out why and below for information about our request
>> http://www.web-police-warning.com <<

the above displayed. One can assume that it wont be long before they remove the links to stop people from visiting this site.
